1. Scope
These terms apply to the static information pages at typst.grenz.net and to the Typst MCP Server provided there, as far as the service is publicly reachable.
2. Service Provided As Is
The service is provided as a technical utility. There is no entitlement to permanent availability, specific response times, error-free results, or retention of generated files. Features may be changed, limited, or disabled at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
The service may only be used lawfully and in a resource-conscious manner. In particular, you must not:
- run automated mass requests, load tests, or scraping without prior permission,
- upload or process unlawful, harmful, or abusive content,
- attempt to bypass server, nginx, MCP endpoint, filesystem, or sandbox boundaries,
- use the service to distribute malware, spam, phishing, or other attacks,
- process sensitive personal or confidential data without your own suitable legal basis.
4. Content and Generated Files
Users are responsible for the content they send to the MCP endpoint or generate with the service. Rendered files are temporarily made available through public download URLs. Deletion follows the selected render lifespan: 6 hours by default, capped at 48 hours. During that time, anyone who knows the URL may be able to access the file.
5. No Professional Advice
The website and MCP service do not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Results should be reviewed independently before production use.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, use is at your own risk. Liability for indirect damages, data loss, production outages, incorrect documents, or lost profits is excluded unless mandatory legal rules provide otherwise.
7. Suspension and Restrictions
The operator may restrict, block, or disable access where necessary for security, stability, abuse prevention, maintenance, or legal compliance.
8. Privacy
Information about processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated when technical features, operating conditions, or legal requirements change. The currently published version applies.
